This app don’t even work. AT ALL. Can’t create an account. And when you go on as a guest when you go to try to weigh yourself the app just shuts down

App no longer working out of the blue

I’ve been using the app to connect to the Adam elements scale for over a year and this week it stopped working out of the blue. The app would quit when I would try to connect it to the scale. I’ve reset my phone and deleted/redownloaded the app and now it would even let me log into my account. Instead I get the error “Network connection was lost.” The scale is useless if the app that uploads the data is useless.

I’ve changed batteries several times and bought a new package as well but the display screen stays blue the whole time while I’m standing on the scale. I really enjoyed this scale especially for the price I paid. The app also closes out when I try to manually log anything. Please help!

Very Disappointing

Worked really well for a couple of months.Tracked weight accurately and synced to Apple Health. Then it said batteries need replacing, put new ones in and they started rusting at the contact points. Won’t turn on at all. Don’t waste your money. Get a dependable name brand

This update from Apple will improve the functionality of this app. No new features are included. UI Enhancements Fixed an language display error
