I am a trainer. Would LOVE to be able to have the ability to “step through” sections of the F45TV. For example, get to the workout and not have to watch the intros. We have had it hang a couple of times and to start over and to have to go through each section does not work. With the pandemic we are doing LIVE versions of workouts. I wish I could skip through the workout descriptions and start the warmup on demand.

Love everything about F45 except for the app. It does have a lot of really neat features, but I gave it 2 stars because you can move through the workout. You can skip the demo, you can’t go back or forward on anything. It’s play or pause, that’s it. It is so irritating!!

This is incredibly frustrating that they locked the app from being used outside of the studio WiFi network. As an owner and manager, it was often very useful to be able to view stuff while not at the studio.
