I used Qweex 5-6 times total.They are always on time, the car is sparkling, overall it’s very convenient.I take one star down because there is no way to connect to the Customer support or reschedule. It used to be great - but this week (beginning of October 2020) it didn’t work at all. I needed to reschedule for later or at least to find out more precisely when my cleaner was coming (they give you 1 hour window). I tried to reach them over chat and over text several times - no answer. And no phone number. However, when my cleaner was on the way, I got an automatic notification and then I was able to reach him personally and he got back to me right away. He finished my SUV (exterior and interior, no detailing) under 40 minutes, that was great.

The tech Jose P came on time. I tried to chat with him but he was rather terse. I asked him what solution he is using to clean my car, and he said “just soap and water”. The only other equipment he used was a piece of microfiber cloth that looked dirty. He finished the job in less than 30mins. Mind you, this is an SUV. He then left without even giving me a chance to do an inspection first. And given his “professional” equipment, it was not surprising that many spots were missed and I had to finish the job. So if you just want to pay $45 to have someone come with a bottle of soap water to wipe down your car for 20-30 mins, go ahead. But I could probably have gotten a cleaner car doing it myself with a rinse less wash and wax in 10mins. I don’t even know how these guys stay in business.Update: I am updating my review to 3 stars since the company reached out and offered a refund and provided explanations. Kudos to them for the responsive service. I will give them a second chance and further update my review after that.

I live in San Francisco and have used the service twice so far. Both times, the service was great and the car was left incredibly clean. In fact, cleaner than with a conventional car wash at a competitive price. And all of this without using all of the water that a traditional wash uses. And further, I always expect over time someone at the regular car wash will ding my car or wheels to some degree. With Qweex, your car never moves so the odds of any damage during the work is almost zero. Overall I didn’t know what to expect but so far Qweex has been great on both the service and sustainability front.

Convenient service that delivers great results. Quality of cleaning and attention to detail is superior to traditional car wash for the same price. I usually get car wash at my condo in San Francisco and these guys get right o my parking spot without a need to move the car as they use waterless method. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
