I have learned a great deal about how to use different foods to help lower my blood pressure. There are webinars to fit in exercise in small chunks of time like 15 minutes and fantastic race the globe which unfortunately I have not been able to get into a team of more than 3 so had to miss that opportunity 🫣.

This app is absolute garbage. It logs me out several times with every use. It’s not syncing my Apple health data correctly at all. It’s so so so frustrating to try to use. I’m currently locked out of the account because I literally never set up a password, it made me set up security questions only and now it’s insisting that I enter a password because I just worked out (face flushed, hair pulled back) so it’s not recognizing my face to login with biometrics. I requested a link to reset my non existent password and every time I clicked the link it takes me back to the page that says “A link has been sent to reset your password” instead of taking me to a page where I can actually reset, or in my case, create one! I literally don’t know how I am going to get through the next 10 1/2 months of using this for my jobs wellness program. If I manage to get the points I need, as soon as I have them I will be deleting this garbage from my phone!

This app is lovely in the sense of it’s very user friendly I love being able to track all my information in one place, new fun and exciting challenges as well as tips and tricks on promoting a healthy lifestyle. Would absolutely recommend.

This is a really terrible platform, but reviews probably won’t matter for you as you are likely forced to use it by your employer. So much wrong here: confusing interface, silly advice, bad videos—the list goes on. This is much more likely to bore or irritate you than improve your health. The worst part: Ramp Health lets your employer do things like throttle the response time of the software, making it run reaaaaalllllly sloooooooow to discourage you from using it. This is ugly corporate behavior at its worst.
