Formerly known as i-Tegur. PBTCare Mobile application is a new innovation developed by the ministry to facilitate the public to make complaints to the local authorities (PBT) through mobile.
The objectives of PBTCare
1. Establish rapport PBT and citizens by providing a user-friendly channel complaints in giving the best service to the people; and
2. Monitoring and more effective complaint management to top management PBT and KPKT through the same system resources and easily accessible.
The functions of PBTCare
1. Allow shipping posing a complaint with the mobile location;
2. Provide feedback to the complainant with a more responsive; and
3. To monitor the statistics of complaints by local authorities or through the dashboard JKT provided more efficiently.
Overview
This release introduces functional enhancements to the PBTCare mobile application aimed at improving flexibility in user input and ensuring better data compliance.
Key Enhancements
1. Image Upload Limit Enforcement
• 3MB per image label has been added to guide users during upload.
• Client-side validation now triggers a notification if the image size exceeds 3MB, preventing submission of oversized images.
2. Manual Location Selection
• Users are no longer restricted to current GPS location.
• Manual override option introduced, allowing users to select and submit alternate coordinates via the interface.
• Useful for reporting incidents or issues at different locations than the user's current physical location.
