Converting between millimeters and inches in decimal or fractional format. Converting between millimeters and inches in decimal or fractional format. This tool is specially useful for Woodworking. The input length can be decimal millimeters like 41.275, decimal inches like 1.625" or fractional inches like 1" 5/8. The result shows the millimeters length and the inches in decimal format and fractional format. The converter works instantly as the input changing, and the result can be copied to clipboard. This app does exactly what I wanted. Couldn’t find anything else that would convert mm to both decimal and fraction inches at the same time.

Useless for construction

Thought it would convert millimeters to inches with the nearest usable fraction but it gives you inches with some out of control fraction.

Can you give me an example? In my ruler, there is space between 6/8 and 7/8 so that when I got some thing like 6.48/8 I can move the mark to the middle of the space. that is why I am not willing to shows 6/8 instead of 6.48/8.

Accept comma as dot in both millimeter and inch text input (this happens in France region)
