The app is fun and I like the fact that you can link your life card for the casino with the game but that is also having issues. The website is better and has more games and it’s easier to use than the app.

This is a good app BUT there is always issues with it. Like right now the app won’t open it’s been spinning every time I open it for the past week and that’s been happening like every other week. It will work one week or two then it will not work and just keep spinning. It won’t let me collect my daily coins, it’s getting to the point where I’m ready to delete it.

I get all kinds of messages about not being able to connect to the central system, but my credits always seem to be there. Also, the Carnival in Rio game just quit working with another strange message. These glitches are quite annoying and reporting to customer service yields a returned message ( using their own link) that the message never went through. Fun when it works!

The 'Challenges' feature is NOT working; none of the challenges are tallying points even though games played and category fulfilled. This applies to Daily, Weekly and Special tabs.
