What's Fixed: - The shift report was acting a little wonky. We squashed the bugs out and it's good to go!

What's Fixed: - Recently the shift report decided to start acting up, we took another look at the calculations under the hood, made a couple tweaks and it is looking much much better now.

What's Fixed: - The tile colors took a bit of a sabbatical as everything switched to gray, but they're back and reflecting the colors that you originally selected. - Squashed some pesky crashes that we noticed, sorry for kicking you out, we don't want you to leave!

What's Fixed: - We found a bit of a hiccup when trying to scan and add new inventory. But don't worry, it's fixed now!

What's New: - We made it a little easier to open the cash drawer if you have one connected. When the cart is empty simply click on the green total button at the bottom of the cart and the cash drawer will open. - When clicking on the customer name within the cart it will now take you to the customer page so fewer taps which everyone likes. - Quit hitting the snooze! After the iPad has been sitting idle it was taking the Epson printer a few extra minutes to wake up as well, now everyone is waking up to the same alarm. - Customer status is now be displayed and editable on the customer tab. - Consistency is key. We changed the order icon to the shopping cart to match MX Merchant What's Fixed: - The Z Report was not calculating properly for some declines - Itemized Receipts not grouping the same product - Digital Signature not displaying properly - MX Retail declined some MasterCard cards - Item description was not being passed over to the receipt What's Next? - We are working on a new amazing documentation site for MX Retail!

What's Fixed: - Cancelled orders weren't very accepting of their status and still allowed you to add payments and shipments, nice try, but we got them all sorted out now. - When a return was made the customer received their money back but the order forgot to show a zero dollar balance, we fixed it.

What's New: - No more guessing, quickly and easily reference how the card was processed. Whether it was EMV, Contactless (NFC), Keyed, or Swiped. - Enhanced loading speed for the product tiles while scrolling through products - Improved the process to delete saved carts - Talk about seamless, any custom variants you've set up in MX Merchant will display on MX Retail What's Fixed: - Making changes to collections caused the products within that collection and others to lose their association - Crashes are annoying for us too, we fixed a couple

What's New: - For those of you who have indecisive customers or maybe you provide impeccable customer service... MX Retail now gives you the option to put carts on hold. So next time a customer comes asking you for a color preference or you offer to hold their items at the counter, you can start and save their cart, while they continue shopping allowing you to complete other transactions in the meantime. Once they have finished shopping simply select the cart and complete the sale. - I see your bet and I'll raise you. MX Retail has caught up with some of the functionality that MX Merchant offers when storing swiped transactions. Now if a manual, swiped, or EMV transaction is made on MX Retail and a customer is associated with the cart the card will be stored automatically on that customers' record.

What's New: - Scrolling indefinitely is cool on Social Media but not while trying to find an order for a customer... We added a filter to the order section to make it easier to narrow down to exactly what you are looking for by the statuses of the order. - Go here, then click here, then wait... how did you get there? No one likes these conversations, so we've reduced the complication when installing the MX Retail app on your iPad. If you haven't installed it on your account yet, you'll be asked to confirm and WALA! You're using MX Retail!

What's Fixed: - Caught red handed. It was reported that some were having trouble connecting to the Epson Bluetooth printer, we dug around and found the problem. So happy printing!

What's New: - Pick up where you left off. Now you can create and save an order on www.mxmerchant.com and then hop on your iPad to add payments or add fulfillment/shipments. - You can now scan a discount barcode associated and have it automatically added to the cart without having to select it from the discount page. - Search for a customer or order even quicker using the payment reference number found on the bottom of the receipt (you can scan the receipt barcode to find it too!) - Version numbers now match, and we've made it even easier to update to the newest version with a pop-up, so no more searching! What's Fixed: - Airprint issues with wifi connected printers. - Partial payments were being temperamental but they are all better now.

What's New: - Orders that were created on www.mxmerchant.com can now be paid and fulfilled on the MX Retail iPad app! - "What device and OS version are you on?" "Well, how am I supposed to know!" We hear that way too much, so we have added this information to the General Settings page so all of this information is in one easy spot - Discounts on discounts. That's right, you can now choose if you want to allow multiple discounts in an order. But not just that, pick if you want to allow multiple order level discounts and/or multiple product level discounts. What's Fixed: - Another pesky crash was resolved! - There were some issues when trying to make a return. We squashed that one too!

What's New: - We added the customer number to the customer record as well as the customer search. Now you can locate your customer, and complete the checkout process much faster! - Did you say air print? Don't just take my word for it, connect any printer via bluetooth or wifi to your iPad then click print within MX Merchant and select which printer you want to print to. It's just that simple! - Tip adjustment is now available within the customer screen as well as the order screen. Once you have completed payment on an order and your generous customer has left you a tip, just find the order, click on the payment and enter the tip amount. What's Fixed: - App crashes have been resolved, because no one likes being kicked out then told to sign back in. How rude! - There was an error with the Walker C2X readers that would show "error reading card" well that's just not acceptable. - We noticed some areas of improvement on the Shift report, it took an entire village (well just our IT team), but it's much easier to understand now.

Enhancements: - If you are using the Walker C2X card reader, we now show you when an EMV chip card was used as a swiped transaction and prompt the user to please insert the chip - Improved camera scanning, we noticed that there were some issues depending on which way you were holding the iPad but that has all been fixed Fixes: - We noticed some areas where the app was crashing and took care of those to prevent that happening in the future - Scanning the receipt on the order screen to pull back the order was not working

Fixed issue that could cause login issues with users.

There was a problem with payments over $1,000 that were taking the first number in front of the comma and only processing the transaction for that amount. This bug has now been resolved!
