I’ve had such a great experience using Kaymbu! The platform is very user-friendly and makes communication between teachers and families so smooth. I really appreciate how easy it is to share photos, updates, and daily reports it helps families feel more connected and involved in their child’s day. The layout is clean and intuitive, which makes navigating simple even for those who aren’t very tech-savvy.What stands out most is how much it strengthens the home-to-school connection. Parents love seeing real-time updates and moments from the classroom, and as a teacher it saves me so much time while still allowing me to document children’s growth and learning in a meaningful way.Overall, Kaymbu has made documentation and communication much easier and more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend it to any early childhood program looking for a reliable and engaging way to connect with families.

I’ve been using Kaymbu for about 10 months in a Montessori toddler classroom, and overall it has been a valuable tool for documenting observations and engaging with families. Pros: The app makes it very easy to capture and organize photos, videos, and notes directly in the classroom. Portfolios and reports help me see children’s growth over time and make family communication smoother. The built-in assessment scales encourage me to broaden my perspective. While not always aligned with Montessori’s most common observations, they do push me to look at development across a wider range of areas. Having everything in one place (observations, family updates, assessments) saves time compared to juggling separate systems. Cons: Some of the rating scales don’t fully match what Montessori educators typically focus on. It would be helpful if gross motor and linguistic development were represented more strongly. The app can be glitchy at times, which slows down documentation in the moment. There is a bit of a learning curve to understanding and using the assessments in a way that feels natural for Montessori practice. Overall: Kaymbu has definitely helped me grow in how I think about and record classroom observations, even if it isn’t always a perfect fit for Montessori. While I’d love to see expanded options for gross motor and language skills, and some technical improvements, it’s been a useful tool for strengthening my documentation and communication with families.

I have been using Kaymbu for over 5 years and have seen the evolve and adapt to meet the needs of the early childhood education and assessment. With practice, teachers are able to easily share, track and write about a child’s growth and development and share it with families. It has been a central feature to how our program communicates with families. Using this program as a teacher, I’ve noticed how has encouraged me to reflect on children’s learning every week. I have found it makes me more mindful of what I’m offering in the classroom and how I’m supporting children. Some families really enjoy and look at the photos and comments and it can be discouraging when they don’t. But I’m always reassured that all of the hard work with the app makes me a better teacher and informs my practice just as much as it helps me engage with families.
