I love this version of the Bible just praying that the developer will allow the book of Bible and version to attached to a copy and paste text that is missing. When I copy and paste I have to in put the chapter and version .. Also his contact info is missing too. Would have love to contacted his directly. Also would love it if I could have option for no music with the reading of the Bible. I know this is not going to get answered but thought it was worth a try. If the developer happens to read this and cares please fix this or contact me

Only provides Genesis; doesn’t provide link to unlock the rest

I used to like this app, but now it won’t let me go beyond Genesis. It says I have to upgrade Books and Audio first, but neither of those apps on my phone show as needing any updates. Then I saw in the description and other reviews that you have to pay to unlock the rest of the books of the Bible and I would gladly do that, but there is no link provided at which to do that. I could not find such a link in the app itself or on the corresponding page in the App Store. I tried the menu item that said “Restore Purchases” since I had this app on my last phone (which was a Galaxy), but that attempt wasn’t successful either. If anyone out there knows how to correct this issue with this app, please let me know and I will happily edit this review and increase my rating significantly. Until then, a Bible app that only lets you use one of the 66 books and doesn’t give you a way to unlock the rest is not of much use.

NIV 1984 -- FINALLY!!!

I just loaded this. The free version only gives you Genesis, so I paid $3 to load the rest. And, FINALLY, after a few years of wishing I could have the NIV1984 on a Bible app -- NOW I HAVE IT!!!The app works great and the NIV1984 text appears to be authentic. I noticed that some folks reviewed this poorly because of the audio. I haven't purchased that, because I don't really care about the audio. But, considering that it only costs $2, I really don't understand why anyone would complain about it. I will tell my friends about this app.Thank you so much for creating it!God bless you!Update: So, out of curiosity, I decided to pay $3 for the audio. Wow! Apparently, the first version of the audio was just a text to speech engine. That is no longer the case. The audio is a dramatic reading of the Bible, with sound effects, beautiful music (Psalm 23 is awesome), etc. Well worth the cost! So, save a buck and load both text and audio for $5 up front. You'll be glad you did.Highly recommended.

1984 NIV is great but this app is very poor

Are use this app for a few years and then begin to have trouble with it so I uninstalled it and attempted to reinstall only to find that I had to purchase it again. This is one of my favorite versions of the Bible so I was willing to pay for it again, but this was a mistake as the app hangs often. Further, the audible recording of the 1984 NIV Bible required a second purchase, which I did not make and am thankful for that as the app is again malfunctioning. Unfortunately this app will probably get removed from my phone and I will not buy it again, nor will I buy from this provider. I strongly recommend against this app and provider.
