My app closes all the time

My daughter loves this app but after she’s done with her puzzle the app goes all white. And then we have to shut the app out all the way before it will work again. Please fix this issue

It used to be our son’s favorite Game so we bought it, but the update Came with a stupid game (Not a Puzzle)After he finished Each Puzzle, which is Not a reinforcer for our Child but a punishment since he is Not Interested in that one and he cant get ríid of it and Continue until he finishes it. So he Ends Up closing OwisPuzzles and opening another App
