You can now track your sessions spent in your COLDTUB™ and monitor your heart rate through the use of the companion Apple Watch app. Before entering your tub, it is possible to start a log for the session you plan to take. You can enter in your tub model, the temperature of the water, and how long the session will be. Tapping start initiates a countdown, and a notification will alert you upon the session's completion. Any heart rate data tracked during a session will be included in the stored log so you can see trends of how the body responded to the session. The logs of all your sessions are now available from the main page, as well as a suite of weekly stats for the sessions you have recorded. - Fixed an issue where some session logs were duplicated on save - Changed minimum temperature set point in app to 38°F
