Cryotherapy sessions have been a part of an athletes' recovery process for centuries. Now, thanks to COLDTUB™, it is a quick, convenient, inexpensive and bacteria-free modality. If you are looking for a COLDTUB™ this app contains comprehensive product information. If you already own a COLDTUB™ this app will serve as a remote control, allowing you to view the status of your spa, turn pumps on and off, even change and modify settings!
You can now track your sessions spent in your COLDTUB™ and monitor your heart rate through the use of the companion Apple Watch app.
Before entering your tub, it is possible to start a log for the session you plan to take. You can enter in your tub model, the temperature of the water, and how long the session will be.
Tapping start initiates a countdown, and a notification will alert you upon the session's completion. Any heart rate data tracked during a session will be included in the stored log so you can see trends of how the body responded to the session. The logs of all your sessions are now available from the main page, as well as a suite of weekly stats for the sessions you have recorded.
