Workmentor makes it simple to know who worked, when, how long and in harvest time how much each worker picked.
How it works.
Each worker has an ID tag in the field which you scan to check the worker in/out and record the amount collected.
Works offline.
This app works completely offline out in the field and only needs internet once a day to sync.
Data remotely accessible.
Once synced all the data about work on your farm can be viewed online.

You can now use the built in NFC reader to scan iPhone compatible tags on iPhone 7 and newer!

- Added a way to keep the last activity value as a default so that when the workers always bring the same quantity it makes it even quicker to record the data.
- Made the confirmation message better. It now shows the updated total quantity for the worker
- Kept the amount picked today correct, even after syncing!

This release has a number of small improvements and fixes some little bugs around the edges.
Detail for anyone really interested:
* Add the build number to the version in the settings app so that you know which version you have and we know what you’re talking about when you tell us about a problem!
* You said you couldn’t tell when a tag was written successfully so now when a tag is written we show a short green pulse to visually show the tag was written!
* Fix a problem where the worker photo sometimes didn’t get updated and showed the last workers photo again.
* Add a help button to the admin menu
* Fix a problem where you couldn’t select some dates after the second timesheet entry was added.

The main new feature in this version is the addition of a Timesheets page where you can enter time logs for each worker! Speak to us to find out more about it.
Note: this means we have separated the write tag and check in screens. You can find the write tag screen in the admin menu.
Various other fixes and improvements including:
- Ability to enter a decimal amount in the action screen so that KG amounts can be entered as well as tray counts
- Show a friendlier error message when a tag isn't found in range
- If the checkin button is pressed with no worker selected show a useful error message
- Fix the issue where we get a double alert when canceling the sync
- When selecting a worker from the search view scroll to the worker so that its obvious they are selected
