The app is a nice idea, but it doesn’t simplify the process at all. All you can do on this app is apply. Your loan officer cannot see any documents that you upload onto it, so you’ll have to upload them again on the mortgage website/portal. You can’t see any of your important documents on the app. You can’t E-sign any documents on the app. There is much that can be improved.
