This is a simple loan calculator that helps you estimate WEEKLY/BI-WEEKLY/MONTHLY/QUARTERLY/YEARLY EXPENSE on whole schedule and how much interest you could save if you want to pay it off earlier. Moreover, it provides "Payoff" tab which focus on pay-off options for your mortgages. Features: - Tab "Mortgage" displays a result in an early payoff duration with many options: + Support various kind of payment frequency: weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly. + Support extra payment on each payment; from a particular payment to last payment or extra payment on some specific payments (number of extra at specific payments is limited to 60 per loan). + Support input of tax or insurance in both percentage or value. + Support loading saved mortgages - Tab "Affordable Loan" helps to estimate the loan you can afford based on your monthly budget or annual income. - Tab "Payoff" focuses on many payoff options. - Tab "Saved" helps you record a mortgage so that you do not need to input all loan info from times to times. - Tab "Setting" supports selecting display mode (Light mode / Dark Mode). It is easy to use and simple to use.

I gave this app a try after checking out many of the others. Was very impressed from the very first time I opened it. It does all the basics functions you need plus more. I love how they implemented an extra payment in multiple ways. This allows the user to make changes and see the different scenarios on a nice uncluttered screen. Once you are satisfied with the results, you can then even have the app amortize the breakdown for you. As if this was not enough, the app also lets you save different results for multiple homes, or to compare different options and see what savings work best for you? The you also have the ability to download the file. I can’t say enough about this great app. Except that it has turned into my go to mortgage amortization app, and I have deleted all the others. Would like to find out if the developer has other apps so that I can check them out, and even donate for his great work. Thank you so much!

Once you figure out the controls, this is a simple and effective app to use in calculating your mortgage payment, insurance, and other factors that effect a monthly note. Since the last update, pop up video ads are getting obnoxious to the point I cant type in my figures. If this doesn't stop, I will uninstall.

This app used to work great, but it has started generating weird errors, especially when calculating taxes and insurance for the monthly payment. It will sometimes put the full annual amount in the monthly payment, and sometimes way more. Very strange.
