Our latest update brings out two features many of you have asked for. The first is instant help in-app if you forget your PIN or card details. Now you just tap “View PIN” in Manage Cards to get a 20 second reminder. Tap “Card details” to be reminded of those. Secondly, we’ve made it even easier for you to search for a particular transaction inside the app. We’ve improved our search screens, and added filters, so you can find the one you need in a couple of taps. Our latest app update gives you the convenience of being able to view your statements straight from your transaction history screen. You can then save them as PDFs, and even email them directly to people such as solicitors or mortgage advisers. Our new update lets you filter the transaction history in any of your TSB accounts to show payments in only, payments out only, or all payment types together. Whether you choose to filter or not, the payments you see are also grouped by date, so it’s even easier to locate the transactions you need. Our app’s new update brings you further improvements to its accessibility. Plus a big redesign of the transaction pages in your current account. Transactions are now arranged by date to make them easier to see, and there are new features to help you better understand what each transaction is. Each one now has a clear label, a page of useful details and shows credits in green. You can even tap many of them to open panels that explain more about the transaction type. Perhaps best of all, you can save many transactions as pdf receipts. So you can keep them for your records, or have proof you’ve paid something if you ever need it. Re-order your dashboard You can now personalise how you display your accounts on your home screen. Re-order them, hide them, bring them back – so the ones you use most often are at the top. Add Apple Pay We’ve made it easy to activate Apple Pay on your phone. Just go to “Manage Cards” and add your TSB card to Apple Pay.
