Other than that, this app provides us with the convenience to call relatives back home and access our bank account from the comfor of our coaches in the diaspora.Great work hormuud.However, Hormuud is a billion dollar company.For God’s sake invest a little bit of money to fix all these bugs and prompting us to update all the time.This is a money wallet. It is not a regular app.Please hire Pros to stabilize the app.

The app is quite responsive and easy to use. However, one major drawback is that every time a new update is released, it forces users to update before they can continue using the app. This creates a poor experience, especially during time-critical moments, such as at the till or point of sale, during emergencies, or when users are low on data and unable to download a 400MB+ update.

I’ve been waiting for Somalia to join the game because we are best at this. We have been using mobile money way before the rest of world and before smart phone was a thing. I’m excited to see we are now branching out and including the diaspora and the whole world. Keep up the great work and I hope to see the small bugs get fixed.

Funds taken before I can use them

Pros: good connection, hear well most of the timeMajor Con:money is taken before I can use it again because they want you to keep putting money in. I know I put enough money in but when I look again, it says zero minutes. That’s very unfair for the customers. How do you hope to sustain customers when you cheat people out of their minutes. I would gladly put more money in if they were not always taking my minutes before I can use them fully. Waa xaq darro waxaas. Fix this please.
