I love this app it’s super easy to navigate and find all of the items that I want to order I do have 1 suggestion tho it’s that maybe they could add a favorite section where you can favorite your items so it’s easier to find your “usual” otherwise I love it!

Love their food but app has failed me multiple times.

I would like to say first this app is user friendly, it’s easy to make an order. One thing I have had issues with multiple times is that I will place an order in the app, and when I go pick up my food they say the order was never in their system. I always get an email with my order summary, the total is charged to my card, and it usually shows up on my app. This hasn’t happened once this has happened more than 4 times. I am not sure what is wrong if it’s my account or the app, but it makes me not want to use their curbside service and wait to order their food until we can go in person to place orders.
Love their food but app has failed me multiple times.

This app is so easy to use & navigate through. Even if you don't order through the app, you can still use your loyalty "card" on the app and show the balance employee at the register. I'm so thankful they made and app for Balance. It is the BEST!

Cleveland location missing

This app doesn’t show the Cleveland location, making it completely useless… I can see my points and past orders, but I have to go through their website to order. Bummer :(Update: the developer replied and it does work with Cleveland. 3 stars instead of 1 since this is poor design and frustrating to figure out
