Designed to give its users around the clock access to: - Company News - Employee Resources - Photos and Videos - Careers - Special Events - Employee Discounts This app will also give users the most current information regarding shipyard operations through push notifications if the shipyard were to close or if liberal leave is offered to employees.

Great resource for new employees!

I recently started at NNS and found the app very informative and easy to use. I learned a lot about what's going on at the shipyard between my hire and start date from the About Newport News Shipbuilding and News section. I particularly like the photo and video section to see great images of what's going on around the yard as well as the Events section to see what's happening throughout each month. I also found the Food Services section helpful when deciding on lunch. Overall, it's a great way to stay connected on the go.
