Re the app developer: I can delete the messages, what I mean is the red little number badge on app icon won’t disappear even I have deleted all messages inside the app. The number badge on app icon won’t go away even all messages in app are read/deleted. Also, the app logs itself out automatically every day or two. Very annoying.

Save your time and don’t fall trap to any of their so-called promotions. They’ll strangle you with so much fine print and restrictions you’d rather die through any other means. Do yourself a favor and don’t spend another penny at malls owned by this joke of a company.
