The ARAG Legal app helps members easily start a case, create legal documents, search for network attorneys, view attorney ratings and reviews and contact ARAG Customer Care for help with their legal matter.
Key Features include:
•. Passkeys: Face ID, touch ID and PIN enabled to provide secure access to your account.
• Start a Case: Answer a few questions to help us confirm coverage. We’ll provide a list of local attorneys who can help with your case, and you'll receive an email confirmation with next steps.
• Find an Attorney: Enter your location and a legal matter to search for a list of local ARAG network attorneys who can help. You can also search by an attorney’s last name.
• View Network Attorney Ratings and Reviews: Sort attorney results based on ARAG member ratings and reviews, office location and more.
• Mobile ID: Access your digital ARAG legal insurance member identification details wherever you are and whenever you need it.
• Get Help: Call or email an ARAG Customer Care specialist directly from the app to get help with coverage or claim questions.
• DIY Docs: Create, edit and store state-specific legal documents right from your mobile device, such as a will or powers of attorney.
We’ve made updates to help you keep your account safe.
• Added multifactor authentication (MFA) for enhanced account security, allowing users to create a passkey based off your device options such as face ID, touch ID, or PIN.
• Change your username and/or password on the mobile app.
