Below is a copied and pasted response when I ask for my money back due to internal glitches wow they legit just want to steal your money and tell youvto your face warning NEW PLAYERS BEWARE ABORT SHIP THIS IS NOT WHERE YOU WANT TO BE ALSO TAKES 6-8 weeks to receive your winnings that’s if they don’t block you before you claim your winning read the reviews we cannot all be lying please DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS GAME OR ANY APP THAT HAS YO DO WITH SKILLZ OR TETHER STUDIOS READ BELOW “As we have explained, your rate of crashed match refunds exceeds our system norms by a significant margin. We are unable to offer refunds for any crashed matches until your crash rate is in line with the system average, at which point we will be able to offer refunds for crashes that occur after the rate has improved. Until such time as your refund rate improves, remember that you are playing at your own risk, and any matches played during this time will not be refundable, even if you become eligible for refunds in the future” Even if I became eligible that’s how they treat their customer and I’m a platinum member imagine how they treat diamond members B E W A R E
