Health app integration:
Results reads your health and fitness data from the Health app (HealthKit), and shows them in a beautiful and useful way.
Limitation:
iPhone 5/5c don't have motion coprocessor, so those devices don't measure anything automatically. You can use other HealthKit-integrated apps to send data into the Health app.
