Best v-pop app in Us

I believed this is the only app that can play v-pop available in Us app store. I wish I have much more choices but since it is the only one I can not compare. I am happy that the app runs smoothly. I am free member so there are a lot of pop-ups and ads. I do not mind that I can’t play Us music since I use apple music for that. However there are a lot new songs that are not available in Nhaccuatui, I would love that they buy copyright so the Vietnamese living in Us can enjoy it as well. I love this app and have been used it for years. Very highly recommended it if you love Vietnamese music or Asian music as well.

I’ve been using this app for years and never had any trouble with finding the music I want. But about a year ago, it started to limited my enjoyment by inserting an error of “content no available in your country”. If the music is available on NCT, then it should be available for all users no matter where they are. As a modern society, we shouldn’t have to be restricted by the music in our own language, but we should be able to enjoy music in other languages as well. By having my enjoyment restricted, I no longer feel it’s beneficial to pay for a service that I can’t get full usage out of it. Maybe this is something the developers should focus on, and solve the issues before more subscribers part ways with you.

The is the second year I’ve been a member. About 8 months ago, I couldn’t upload some instrumental music that I wanted to hear. Now, it pops up ads that was unwanted. Never have advertisements when you had PAID to listen to. I hope you fix this issue, if not, after this contract I will cancel.

Annoying and inefficient

I downloaded the music to listen to “my music”, every time i open the app, it automatically turns me to “suggestions” - which I don’t know and don’t like the type/song. Not only that, when i refresh the app, i lost track of the music i was listening to, i wanted to listen from my list, but the app didn’t “remember” it. I don’t know where i left and it was very extremely annoying. The old version has everything i need and I want, it stored the music i was listening to and continued where i left. And the background was friendly to use as well. I don’t like this new color of the app. Please return back to the old one.
