This is supposed to be a phone app, really simple and basic stuff and yet somehow the app makes everything difficult and complicated. For instance, I miss a call from someone calling via the app. I click to call them back, but I’ve been logged out. Why have I been logged out? No idea, I clicked the save my password but it has logged me out anyway. I find the password, which of course has to be secure in this day and age, it’s stored in a secure password manager, I copy it, but the app specifically won’t allow you to paste a password in Why have they done this? Again making things difficult for what should be a very simple app. I’m out and about, so I don’t have a piece of paper to write the password down so I can then re-type it into the app. Eventually I just send an email to that person asking them to call me. This app is app seems to go out of its way to make life harder. I wish I could change but I’m stuck with it as long as we use the phone service. We won’t be renewing when the contract is up.

How is one supposed to follow password best practices with long passwords including symbols and whatnot if this app’s login prevents PASTE?I use a password manager. Copy from password app to then paste into password field is how this works. But not an option here.

App crashes constantly, no way to check voice mail. ALWAYS gives you some kind of error.

Doesn’t work well on iOS13, unable to access voicemails, call history, and various other parts of the app are buggy.
