الرئاسة العامة لشؤون المسجد الحرام والمسجد النبوي جهاز حكومي يعود تاريخ إنشائها إلى عام 1384هـ تحت مسمى الرئاسة العامة للإشراف الديني بالمسجد الحرام لتقوم بمهام الإشراف على التوعية والإرشاد والتدريس والتوجيه ، والإمامة والخطابة في المسجد الحرام، وأول رئيس لها سماحة الشيخ عبدالله بن محمد بن حميد – يرحمه الله – ويشغل هذا المنصب الآن معالي الشيخ الدكتور عبدالرحمن بن عبدالعزيز السديس.
