SQC Self Check‑Out You can now check out events and tasks directly from the SQC mobile app when you’re connected—no web app or back‑office support required. Download up to 50 forms to work offline in low or no connectivity areas, and preview form content before checking out to limit downloads. Improved Project Structure Filtering A new Project Structure icon is now available in your To‑Do list and on the checkout screen. Use it to quickly filter events and tasks by project areas, just like on the web. Filters persist between sessions, helping you stay focused on the work that matters without scrolling through long lists.

New Header for Perform Forms We’ve added a dynamic header to make filling out forms easier on your device. Now, component headers can show or hide additional details based on conditions such as commodity or discipline values. This means a cleaner, more personalized view while you work on the go.

SQC file attachment warning – You’ll now see a warning if your attachment is too large. Attachments must be under 50 MB. The limit isn’t new, but the warning is.

Check-in and Check-out – This feature allows events or tasks from any reporter, regardless of their status—including those with active form flows—to be checked out to a specific user and synced with their SQC mobile app. This feature requires both web and mobile release versions to be version 25.7 or higher. SQC Integrated list—The SQC mobile application now allows users to download integrated lists of currently supported items, equipment, and vendors for offline access while completing forms. To-Do List sorting – A new grouping and sorting feature has been added to the To Do List, offering you the flexibility to manage your events and tasks in a way that suits you best. Users can now group and sort items based on various fields related to their events and tasks. By default, the app will group all items by category. Any selections made will be saved even after closing and reopening the app. Improved messaging on Submission History page – We’ve made it easier for you to track your submissions. Now, the Submission History page clearly differentiates between the sync and event dates/task due dates and times, and shows the event task ID on submitted items.

• Submission history details on SQC Mobile – Improves our mobile application's ability to log issues that may arise on mobile devices and explain why events or tasks may not sync from the device back to the web. • Cache clear on SQC Mobile – The cache clear option lets users clear out their current project database without reinstalling the app. • Searchable Component and Project Structure values – SQC search now searches project structure and component fields for events/tasks that reside locally on the device. • Additional attachment types – SQC now accepts Word, Excel, and PDF attachments.

• Pending sync message alerts—Users now receive pending sync alert messages when they launch the SQC application. The alert reminds users of submitted events or tasks not synced from their mobile device to the web. • To-do List Action Required message—When users open a new project and have pending saved forms or tasks, the updated alert message prompts them to go to the To-Do List Saved tab to sync, submit, or delete the items in the list before downloading a new project.

This release will primarily be for performance improvements and backend improvements with a few visible changes: - Component values will display on all automapped events and tasks regardless of connection. - When connected all component values will be available when searched for.

- Project structure and ITP template headers for tasks – In the SQC mobile app, you can now view, update, and sync dynamic template header question values for tasks. - UI and sync improvements - The primary project, which is the last project downloaded, now shows as Active on the Projects > Recent tab. The previously downloaded project remains on the device with partial data to improve sync performance when the user switches projects.

Sync improvement - The auto-sync feature in the application has been removed, which means that the application will no longer sync automatically when launched. Instead, you will see a banner at the top of the application informing you of the last time the project was synced. You must manually sync the application to access the most recent updates, such as the latest template revisions, permissions, or newly assigned projects.
