I thoroughly enjoy working with Real-time CTMS’ organization. Their push in centralizing Clinical Research components and digitizing the needs are amazing. This app offers a pretty comprehensive and evolving take on using Real-time from the palm of your hand !!!!!

Would love delegation log signing feature

I think the app is pretty good. It allows for flexibility for our investigators to sign wherever they may be, and review protocols. However, it would get 5 stars from me if we could sign on delegation logs through the app. I constantly have to hunt down staff to get them to sign the DOL, because they assume everything on the app is all they have to sign. When in reality, there are delegation logs to be signed as well.

I would avoid this app. The app suddenly locked me out from signing my alerts. My team has reached out to CTMS but no fix has been completed. There are many other issues and there are better options out there. Very frustrating.
