Say hello to the version 4.3.0 of the Schmidt app which has been upgraded to allow users to incorporate their company logo into the reports generated by the app.
Simply upload your logo into your user profile and it will automatically be added to the reports.
Additionally, we have added some more information to the logbook to enhance traceability.
4.3.0 05/29/2024
Say hello to Version 4.2.0 which includes some necessary adaptations for compatibility with iOS 16.1 and above. It also includes some corrections to the display of series information for the JSCE conversion.
4.2.0 12/12/2022
This version 4.1.1 provides a correction to form factor used with the JSCE-G504 conversion curve that is widely used in Japan.
4.1.1 11/28/2022
Say hello to the version 4.1.0 of the Schmidt app which has been upgraded to include new user curves for both concrete and rock testing applications. For concrete testing it is now possible to obtain a characteristic strength estimate for each test series. For rock testing, examples of curves for specific rock types have been added.
To continually and further enhance the Schmidt rebound hammer experience, we have made the following improvements:
• New mean value strength curve for concrete
• New characteristic strength curve for concrete based on the EN13791 standard
• Predefined correlation curves for UCS of various rock types
• Improved data synchronization and bug fixes
4.1.0 10/01/2022
An update to the "Ready to rock" release version 4.0.1 of the Schmidt Rebound Hammer with improved synchronization functions. Reliably work off-line with your hammer, saving up to 20’000 impacts and safely upload the data once you are back in the office, or back on line.
Obtain your rebound value according to internationally accepted rock testing standards. Create your own correlation curves for both unconfined compressive strength (UCS) and elastic modulus. Make use of previously defined correlation curves for various rock types by entering them directly into the app. Manage and share your data with colleagues anywhere in the world either using the app or by taking full advantage of the Screeningeagle.com Workspace platform, which is free to registered users.
This app version is now also app fully optimized for use on the iPad to give even more options to our customers in terms of display size and memory.
To continually and further enhance the Schmidt rebound hammer experience, we have made the following improvements:
· Support for Rock Schmidt RS8000
· User defined correlation curves for UCS of various rock types
· User defined correlation curves for e-modulus of various rock types
. International rock testing standards for calculation of the rebound value
. Full integration into Workspace
4.0.1 07/06/2022
Say hello to "Ready to rock" and to the version 4.0.0 of the Schmidt Rebound Hammer app which has been extended to support the new Rock Schmidt RS8000 hammers. This means that world’s most advanced rebound hammer technology has now been extended to the world of rock testing with dedicated software and firmware to cover the specifics of this application.
