I like the app. for my business needs except that I have to come into the bank or call into the bank to move money from my business account to my personal account

Since I started my business in June 2022, the mobile deposit feature on the app kicks me out every time I’m finished taking the photos, sometimes while I’m taking photos. On average, I have go through the whole process at least 4-5 times before it will actually complete the deposit. That’s if it works at all. It is so frustrating and disappointing. It is not easy for me to get to the nearest physical location to make deposits. I tried to go to the app support to make a request to fix the bugs there, but the link takes me to a page that says page not available, or something along those lines. So I cannot even report the problem to the correct people to fix the problems… 😡 I am considering moving to a different credit union.

This app used to work but currently while trying to open it the last week it just stays at the loading screen after I try to sign in. Then says failed to connect to server. I have a iPhone 7. Not sure what’s up but I really would like this to work so I can more easily access my account via app instead of using the mobile website. I am able to login on the website on my phone but not the app.

This app works great. It does what it is supposed to do. The only improvement that I suggest is adding the pull down quick view like they have on the regular lake trust banking app. So that we can see our balance quickly without having to log in every time.
