Been playing Slots Grape for years until recent. Like usual ran out of chips purchased 4.99 scratch off deal they have and charge duplicated. I told them this sent them bank statements but at time it only showed pending. They told me clearly it hasn’t charged just pending. Hum how often do just pending not clear your bank. Anyway they both cleared and was charged for both they say they can’t do nothing because they don’t handle purchases it is a third party. Well I thoroughly enjoyed the game after installing it yesterday but I can not give it 5 ⭐️ cause it freezes up all the time. Like right now my daily quest is still frozen up on yesterday’s quest & when I click on the claim button to get coins for finishing one of the quests it immediately locks the game up & never gives me the coins nor do I get a new set of quests. Also, I can enter certain games & it immediately locks up & other times I can be right in the middle of spinning & winning on a big streak of big wins & bonus rounds & it freezes/locks up & stops responding. It can not be my device cuz I have tons of storage space & memory left unused on my phone & it’s relatively new with not many apps installed anyways but the game just keeps locking/freezing up at different times, on different themed games, on different sections, & at the start of some games & in middle of spinning on other games & I’ve read many reviews with the same issue so that I know it must be a few bugs left to work out. Now as far as game play, graphics, variety of themes, fair play, etc, it’s all 5 ⭐️ worthy, but when U can’t enjoy those things then the glitches have to outweigh the other in rating it.

I’ve been playing this game for quite some time now and originally loved it due to another casino game ripping people off. However, I, along with others I’ve chatted with, have noticed this game trending down the same path. I know that it’s just a game, but people should enjoy playing it without the sudden increase in pop up ads to buy stuff, and the decline in game winnings. The bonus spins pay substantially lower now than before, with some bonuses not paying anything at all. I play numerous times throughout the day and have had weeks go by without a Mystery Bonus, and when I do get it, it’s always the lowest amount prize won. Unfortunately, this game is becoming the same as the others, and sadly this was fun to play in the beginning. Hopefully you’ll see this and return to your original platform.
