The CX North America Carrier Lite driver mobile app is a smartphone app suitable for drivers, carriers, brokers and logistics providers. When used in conjunction with CX North America’s web applications, it enables carriers and drivers to share real-time visibility of their vehicles and freight throughout the entire cycle of the shipment. Carriers and drivers can get all order info direct to phone, avoid check calls and get paid faster.
What CX Carrier Lite can do:
This app quickly locates and checks the location of drivers who are moving freight. Dispatchers will be able to keep track of their freight every step of the way, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days per year

Update your dispatchers and customers in real-time on the CX North America Carrier Lite app using our one-tap status update feature. This feature provides a time stamp for all main order milestones:
On My Way to Shipper, Arrived Shipper, Loaded, Arrived Consignee and POD.
* Instantly upload PODs digitally
Capture, crop, scan and convert PODs and documents and send to dispatch immediately after delivery, even in low light.
* Smart Alerts
Automatically alert your dispatcher and/or brokers with our unique Smart Alert emails. These can be sent at a frequency of the dispatcher’s choice e.g. every 15 mins or even 4 hours. These emails include a map link to accurately see where the shipment is.
* Tracking & Visibility
Using the GPS signal in your mobile device, dispatchers can track the location of the freight and this will be displayed on our live maps.
* Instant Messenger
Stay in touch with your dispatch department and co-workers with the built-in instant messenger that works between mobile apps and desktops too!
* Subscription Needed
The CX Carrier Lite app is FREE to download and install. However, it works directly with CX North America’s platforms which require a subscription.
**The CX North America Carrier Lite mobile driver app has been designed to capture your location every 10 minutes to preserve battery life as much as possible, but it is important to note that continued use of GPS running in the background can decrease battery life.
