The HQ app provides a modern and easy to use way to keep an eye on your location activity, access critical notifications in real time, and submit service requests for your alarm systems serviced by Securitas Technology, Inc. - anytime and anywhere! To get started simply download and install the HQ app on your device and log in using your eServices user credentials. If you don’t already have an account, contact your administrator or the SecureStat HQ customer service team to find out how to get an account. NOTE: Appropriate user level permissions are needed in HQ to enable all features of the application. Contact your administrator to ensure you have the permissions you need.

Face ID doesn't work

The app asks if I want to use iPhone Face ID I choose yes and it shows that it's enabled but it doesn't work. It never prompts when launching the app or when trying to enter credential. The iPhone Keychain feature doesn't work to enter the password using the app. It does work on the website.

Extremely convenient. User friendly! Able to manage multiple locations and modify call list, contacts and place system into test with a few simple clicks. Only issue I have is my notifications no longer show for my phone. Although push notifications remain on for the app and my phone settings. This was essential to identifying and act on active alarms as they occurred. The notifications for email work but I’m definitely upset that the push notifications stopped working. Please please fix this. This feature was a godsend and now it doesn’t even work :(Thank you!

The new and improved HQ is an excellent upgrade. The new app is so easy to use. The home/ dashboard view allows me to easily monitor location activity in a single place. The app is well laid out and very intuitive to use. Other apps drive me bananas as the navigation is not easily understood. HQ solves this with this most recent version.

The Request is Invalid

This new Security HQ app doesn’t work at all. Unable to even get past the acceptance of terms screen as it shows an error of “the request is invalid”.Tried deleting and reinstalling the app with no success.This new app is DOA.
