Nurse Dash is more convenient than other agencies. I appreciate getting paid on time and if there is an issue I’m able to talk to someone and have the situation rectified in a timely manner, and majority of the time it’s a problem from the facility. I have never actually had a problem with Nurse Dash. I give a 4 star because I would like for there to be better communication between the facilities and the cancellation policy. I feel that a facility should not cancel you 2 hours prior to the shift starting which actually happened to me 9/29. Other than that, I am happy.

I picked up a night shift an hour and a half from where I live, and when I was approved, I showed up 20 minutes early to get med access and charting access, but instead, the House Supervisor sent me home after 15 minutes because they weren’t sure who approved my shift and stated they had no contract with NurseDash, blah blah blah. I spoke with Leah, very nice woman, about all this and stated I would receive my 4 hours of pay for being sent home/cancelled, which was also the least they could do for having me spent time and gas on commute, as well as having me sleep all day and missing out on spending time with my family. This shift was in early March, and here I am nearly June already where they stated that they couldn’t find where I was cancelled. The most I was offered was for me to pick up “a FEW MORE extra shiftS” and then maybe I would get a bonus. I was not wasting my time or risking the same exact thing happening again. All this time writing back-and-forth emails also time wasted and I never got a penny for my time. This company is a joke, I do not have anything good to say about NurseDash, and don’t recommend to anyone.

I have been on this platform for over 3 years now. Super convenient when it comes to seeing shifts and easy to request them. No minimum requirement shift or hours needed per month to work before deactivation. Support team responds in a fast manner. Also super understanding when problems do arise. Another great perk is the fact I can see how much I’ve made as soon as I have clocked out from a shift and also get to see pending payments from shifts I’ve been selected to work. Super user friendly. Highly recommend this app!

NurseDash is an amazing company to work for. The convenience of making your own schedule ,the flexibility to choose the location make even more fun. Through the years working with NurseDash there is no hassle with time cards everything is electronic & the app has orientation materials that will answer all your questions. The customer service is great. Overall the rates & opportunities to what each facilities are always included in shift details.
