I’ve been in the brand ambassador/experiential marketing industry for 5 years now and I can honestly say, this is the most user friendly app I’ve ever used. You are sent your gig, you accept, start the gig when you’re within a half mile of the meeting place, take pictures along the way and have your gig details right there on your dashboard and it’s all in the app. I was given the opportunity to work with FieldDay the last 2 weeks and their gig transparency, straightforwardness and ease of communication made it a pleasure to work with the app and company.

I truly love this app, but the developers are not doing a great job with keeping it updated. I am not able to finish my profile because even though I am uploading photos the app will not let me continue. That is the only reason I am giving it a four out of five stars, because I feel like the app should be updated when iOS updates. I am on iOS 15.2, and I am struggling to use the app. Otherwise I absolutely love it, I just need for the app developers to do a better job at keeping their app updated and clean so that The app is more user-friendly. Please read this review and fix the issues that I am having so that I can update my review to a five star rating. Thank you, and have a great day.

To think that I almost gave up on them! I have not seen a gig posted in our area for a while, so I decided to delete the app to have some space in my phone. One day they contacted me and asked if I could work a promo in the area since I’m already in their database. Boy, I’m glad I did!I wrapped up a super fun and easy 4-day street team/coupon drop off for Field Day and loved both the gig & the brand!The app is also super easy to use & the only time I had a problem (froze on the first day while I was trying to upload photos) the staff were very helpful and understanding with my situation. Not to mention payment was very quick & direct deposit. Looking forward to working with FD again! :)

I only joined this app because they said they need Brand Ambassadors in my area on a specific date and for a period of 30 hours. However, when I joined, there was no indication of that or any gig being available. There has not been any other gigs at all in the past month since I joined. Update: They advertised another gig in the area, but again - it’s not in the app. Seems like they just want to sign up lots of people - regardless of whether or not there is actual jobs. It’s annoying and I wasted my time on this.
