Hello Explorers! We've delivered a big update in v1.5 with the addition of Hunting Areas! A re-designed Quick Filter Bar and a new Hunting Area option allows you to view areas where licensed hunters are permitted to hunt certain game animals and pests. We've also updated the app icon to match the fresher Android version. Keep an eye out for future updates as we continue to fix some bugs and add more features. More to Explore for iOS v1.4 brings a revamped Offline Maps feature that lets you decide exactly what area of Victoria you'd like to download to your device. We've also improved the offline experience with less reliance on an internet connection in general. Unfortunately, Offline Maps from v1.3 are not compatible with v1.4, so when you update, the Map Features you offlined previously will be migrated to your Favourites. You can now access both your Offline Maps and Favourites from the Filter Bar on the Explore tab for a more consistent experience.

This update resolves an issue preventing some users from launching the app.

We've reworked the map of Victoria to be more friendly to interact with. It's easier to see what Track or Visitor Site you have selected. Map markers are also clustered together at lower zoom levels to help declutter the map. We've also replaced the Open Street Map road layer the Vicmap Transport road layer, which includes more roads, 2WD and 4WD tracks in regional areas. We've also added the Public Land Management layer, which shows and labels all national parks, state forests, and other nature reserves.

Hello Explorers! In the latest version of More to Explore, we've added Sharing and Favourites features, available in the top right when viewing the details of any track, trail, or visitor site. We've also enabled basic iPad support, so that the user interface will scale accordingly and you can get the most of your larger touch screen! We squashed some bugs that were present on iPhone X, and resolved an issue where some Explorer's feedback submissions through the app weren't being received by our systems. If you've submitted some feedback on a specific track, trail or visitor site, please take the time to resend your feedback so we can make sure we haven't missed anything.
