This app is very frustrating. Instructions are hard to make sense of. I can never get the search button to work on the app. The app never connects the device to my phone therefore rendering the device useless. Camera button/ options do not work. There is no number for customer service. Poorly made app, I wish it was compatible with one that properly worked. I would not trust this device or app to find and track lost items.

How do you change the name of the device? I see no possible way as of right now. Other than that, this app works and it is loud enough to hear around the house. The camera button on the device works remotely as well.

While the concept is good, the actual connectivity is poor. The app and device are sketchy and work sporadically. It seems as though the location tracker is only tracking the phone the app is installed on. The Bluetooth radar to find the missing device tag does not respond. The camera turns on to shoot the phone location only. I don’t recommend purchasing this product, waste of money.

If you understand instructions like this...“Click to connect, while the icon turn to 🧩, it means connect successfully” you might do better.After registration and pairing and renaming I was still unable to use this Smart Finder to find my iPhone or my iPhone to find the Smart Finder device.
