The CANSPORTS - Wellness & Therapy app connects you with your individually tailored wellness plan from CANSPORTS - Wellness & Therapy. Receive daily meal planning, exercise guidance, lifestyle modification support and motivation.
As a CANSPORTS - Wellness & Therapy patient, you will receive the specific content of your custom wellness plan in the app. Track your progress including calories, activities, body metrics, steps, water, and sleep in an interface shared with your CANSPORTS - Wellness & Therapy provider. Communicate with CANSPORTS - Wellness & Therapy in realtime through personal journals and direct private messages.
This app is integrated with the Apple HealthKit. Choose to share your steps, calories and other data types from the HealthKit directly with the app.
Intuitive Design
The app is designed specifically for CANSPORTS - Wellness & Therapy patients and you can't use the app unless you're a CANSPORTS - Wellness & Therapy patient already in their care. Use the app on your iPhone or iPad. CANSPORTS - Wellness & Therapy uses an admin web-based portal where they can tailor the program to your needs, monitor your progress, and communicate with you directly.
