Minor improvements.

Criteria with long response options are more legible when selecting a response. Auto-capitalise assistance on text input fields. Removed disruptive cover over criteria fields if criteria has no response set.

Images added to Audits, Criteria, and Actions can now be titled and edited. Refactored Audit save logic to decrease unnecessary overwrite of data, to increase performance of Audits with a large amount of Criteria.

Fixed issues where a large audit run could duplicate data.

MYAudits App now handles audits archived within My Compliance Management system. Fixed issue where using the camera to add an image would fail. Fixed issue where repeating a criteria group would duplicate selected response to a criteria custom field of type checkbox.

Audit Criteria Response options now updated when downloading/updating an audit. Minor fix to display of Criteria descriptions.

Repeating a Set of Criteria on a Simple Audit has been fixed.
