Good concept but too many last minute cancellations

As a customer it is extremely frustrating to have designed your day around expecting this person to come and do this service just for them to cancel literally 3min before the scheduled time. Some even canceled on me when I call to ask where they were after being more than 10 minutes late.I wish the app did a better job at incentivizing people to be serious about what they commit to and protecting consumer’s time.

J’ai réservé une prestation de montage de meubles via Yoojo. Le prestataire ne s’est jamais présenté au rendez-vous et la prestation n’a donc jamais été réalisée.Après réclamation, Yoojo accepte de rembourser la part du prestataire mais refuse de rembourser les frais de service autrement que par IBAN. Or, j’ai payé par carte bancaire (Apple Card) et je ne dispose pas d’IBAN. Malgré plusieurs échanges, ils persistent à imposer un remboursement par virement, au lieu de recréditer la carte utilisée pour le paiement.Je trouve cette pratique très problématique : aucun service n’a été rendu, et pourtant le remboursement intégral est compliqué et conditionné à une modalité que je ne peux pas fournir.J’ai dû engager une contestation bancaire (chargeback), saisir le médiateur et signaler la situation via SignalConso.Très déçue par la gestion du litige. Je recommande la plus grande prudence.
