KORVUE Check-In is a popular add-on to the KORVUE system, designed specifically for the front desk and greeters. It makes check-ins quick and automatically prompts you when a form is needed and a consent signed. Forms and signatures can be completed directly on the iPad, or you can use the SMS button to send the request to the client's phone, allowing them to complete the process on their own device.
Forms can be configured to collect information and preferences for new clients, as well as confirm and update those details for existing clients.
