Access discounted medications, lab work, and imaging tests - All ages welcome - No limit on the type of medical problems we can handle - Convenient physical clinic if needed - Be seen for as little as $25/day, or $50/month. Now you can add blood pressure and heart rate readings directly into our app or sync your connected device with FreeState using HealthKit. Doctors will set monitoring thresholds for your readings, and contact you in the event of your thresholds being exceeded.
