We’ve added some new functionality for: - Employees with a Public Profile to view suitable Employers in their area (nearby) using canuwork. - Employers to view available Employees in their area with Public Profile turned on. It’s all about making it easier for Employers to find and book staff, and for Employees to gain opportunities to work!

• Employers can view available employees for each day directly from the Calendar screen. • When creating a work request, employers can select the shift location from a drop-down list saved in the admin portal. • When starting a work request, employers can filter the available employees by skills. • When creating a work request, employers can now add a Reason for admin reporting (not visible to employees). • When creating a work request, employers have an optional field for recording who is being replaced (not visible to employees). • Public Profiles - employees can flag their profile to be visible by all employers to obtain more work opportunities.

• Ability to view the shift detail of completed work requests from the Calendar screen. • Employers can delete(cancel) accepted work requests. • An employee will receive a notification (and message) should they miss a work request and it times out. • Employees will receive a reminder notification if they have not marked their availability. (can also be turned off). • Employees will receive a reminder notification if they have not actioned an Employer invite. • Employers can delete outstanding Pending invites. • Employers can remove employees from their Joined list. • Improved Message handling.
