This app is so outdated. The UI is boring and hard to navigate. Making a transfer both online and through the app is extremely time consuming and complicated. Please simplify the online transfer process. For BOC to BoC payments, why do I have to first save the account details? I should be able to input the account details and amount and send. Saving the details should be optional. Please fix this. And please hire a good company to develop a better app.

Why does this work only once??

You can download once and check everything, then again when you go out from the app and visit again, it tells us this app needs to be updated. Shows always. Deleting and reinstalling will not fix this problem at all. It just makes you download the app over and over again

I tried to login with my credentials but failed. It says account is locked but it isn’t. I can login to BOC online account in browser. Please fix the error.
