Not sure if it’s the new update but haven’t been able to login to the app on iOS since 2 days. It gets stuck on processing after clicking on login button. Hope the team is aware of the issue and working on fixing it!

I’m really disappointed with Prodigy Finance’s customer service. It was easy to talk to someone before I became a borrower, but once I got the loan, it became nearly impossible to reach a real person.I’ve tried emailing, calling, and using WhatsApp — but all I get are automated replies or bots that can’t help with my specific situation. I even called multiple times, and it just kept saying no one was available to answer.When you’re dealing with something as important as student loan repayments, especially as an international student, it’s super frustrating to feel like no one’s there to support you. I hope they seriously improve their customer service and actually make it possible to speak to a human being when you need help.

Not able to login unless app is uninstalled and installed again

This app has very limited functionality and is riddled with errors. When you call Prodigy directly, they don’t have the ability to do much that the app can’t, either. Very disappointing. Prodigy needs to get with the times and invest in their technology.
