تطبيق رسمي أطلقته بلدية مدينة الشارقة لتعزيز التواصل الفعّال مع المتعاملين وأفراد المجتمع، ويعد هذا التطبيق أداة رقمية ذكية تمكّن أفراد المجتمع من تقديم ملاحظاتهم واقتراحاتهم أو الإبلاغ عن أية مخالفات أو حالات طارئة بالنص والصوت والصورة في ثوانٍ، بحيث يصبح المتعامل شريكًا مهمًا يؤدي دورًا رقابيًا إلى جانب الدور الرقابي للبلدية، ويساهم في رصد الممارسات السلبية التي تؤثر سلبًا على الصحة العامة وسلامة أفراد المجتمع، أو تشوه المظهر الجمالي لمدينة الشارقة، أو تضر بالمشاريع العامة والبنية التحتية بالمدينة.
