Automated scoring moves certified candidates up in the pipeline and allows retailers to find you faster. To improve the job search experience, we’ve also added the ability for employers to provide salary ranges in job postings. This release also includes minor bug fixes to enhance your job search experience.

Create your personalized resume with Capango CV! Creating a simple, yet attractive resume is a challenge - so we thought we’d help. Now you can simply answer the Capango cards about your work history and interests and with the press of a button create a resume. E-mail it, or print it and take a great looking resume to retail and restaurant locations that are not yet using Capango. You’ve got a lot to being to an employer, and Capango CV lets you easily and quickly have a professional looking summary of who you are.

We know having multiple user ID’s for every app is a pain, so we added the ability to register and sign into Capango using your existing Apple ID. In addition we’re always looking to improve Capango so have made minor performance and bug fixes.

Now you can look for restaurant and hospitality jobs! We’ve expanded the types of work you can look for in Capango with new cards for jobs in the restaurant and hospitality industry. Update your profile by answering additional questions about your prior experience, types of work you are interested in and additional preferences for available jobs in the hospitality industry. When viewing jobs on the map of your area we’ll color job pins to let you know at a glance if the opportunity is retail or hospitality.

Video chat! You can now connect with potential employers directly through the Capango app to conduct a video chat and discover if you and the job opportunity are a great fit for each other. Employers who have unlocked your profile and can text chat with you currently will now be able to call you from inside of Capango. Strut your stuff and show them that you are the right candidate for the job!
