The Sound Weight & Wellness app connects you with your individually tailored wellness plan from Sound Weight & Wellness. Receive daily meal planning, exercise guidance, lifestyle modification support and motivation.
As a Sound Weight & Wellness patient, you will receive the specific content of your custom wellness plan in the app. Track your progress including calories, activities, body metrics, steps, water, and sleep in an interface shared with your Sound Weight & Wellness provider. Communicate with Sound Weight & Wellness in realtime through personal journals and direct private messages. This app is integrated with the Apple Health Kit. Choose to share your steps, exercise minutes and other parameters directly with the Sound Weight & Wellness app.
Intuitive Design
The app is designed specifically for Sound Weight & Wellness patients and you can't use the app unless you're a Sound Weight & Wellness patient already in their care. Use the app on your iPhone or iPad. Sound Weight & Wellness uses an admin web-based portal where they can tailor the program to your needs, monitor your progress, and communicate with you directly.
