視障助乘巴士報站是一套基於感知、精准和個性化的公交出行服務系統。視障人士等用戶只需打開 “視障助乘巴士報站”APP，手機即會自動定位到周邊的公交站台。車輛進站時手機會精准提醒用戶，所選定的車輛會個性化語音播報自己的線路名和開往方向。坐車時手機播報途經站點並在到站前提醒。 （1）站台 通過BT4.0技術和GPS技術自動識別讀取身邊公交車站台標識信息，自動讀取進站車輛信息，實現公車進站語音提醒及車輛進站語音播報提醒。車輛進站後，未聽清信息，可通過搖一搖手機重新識別並播報資訊 ； （2）收藏 根據自己乘坐車輛信息，個性化收藏線路與開往方向，以後用戶在使用時刻直接點擊收藏線路進入乘車頁面； （3）查詢 可查詢線路，幫助視障人士等用戶快速找到目標線路。
