I am extremely organized and reliable but I am also very spontaneous and do not like to be pigeonholed. This is the perfect app for this unique combination! I do not like having a lifestyle of 7-8; 8-9; 9-10 — rather I like to have goals for the day and be able to then move and flow accordingly. However, in the times I do need to stick to more of an appointment-based type of situation, this app again is perfect for it. It’s perfect for that flexible lifestyle. My ideas would be (1) auto fill so “dentist at 1” then it assigns the time vs. manually choosing it (2) potentially some calculator that shows how many blues you have (ie I use blue for exercise / fun) (3) some space for a habit tracker. Honestly, it’s the perfect app. More power and thanks team!!! 🙏

This app would be everything I ever needed. However, as far as I can tell there is no quick and easy way to reorder items? I have very complicated itineraries in here which I use as part of coping strategies for ADHD, OCD and other conditions I suffer from, and often need to reorder tasks as things change throughout the day. This seems like a pretty basic key feature. The only way seems to be to literally delete my way back to where I need to reorder from and retype the list, which is not practical when the list has 40 items on it with notes and formatting. Or, to set times for the various items. Which doesn’t even work for the monthly or weekly lists. There is also no way to move more than one item at a time. The Reminders app is the main tool I’ve been using in the past and it’s very simple to just drag and reorder items, or to indent multiple items and move them that way. The swipe gestures for marking items as completed in the app are also a little finicky. I’d be able to fully transition to this app if it had these features, but at the moment I can’t renew my subscription because they’re not present and it seems the devs haven’t updated the app in a while.

I tried out a lot of planner apps, and most are seriously over complicated daily planners that don’t give you an at-a-glance run down of your day or week. Listberry, however, is exactly what I was looking for—a light weekly planner app in list format with a monthly view option. The interface is simple, nice to look at, and easy to use, functioning much like a regular calendar but with the convenience and accessibility of an app. There are features like highlighting, setting times with alerts, and moving to different days, which are very useful and not overwhelming or cumbersome. I also like the weekly and monthly goal sections at the bottom. The small annual fee is a very good price and I am happy to pay it; I was specifically looking for an app that did not have crazy weekly fees. The emphasis on privacy is appreciated as well. I love the team’s vision for this app and I look forward to seeing it develop further. There are some things that could use improvement, but the only thing I really want to see is widgets, so that I can see and interact with my daily tasks at a glance from my home screen.

I really appreciate the simplicity of this. Most other apps if you want to organize a task you have to go through several clicks. Just being able to highlight the task with a swipe, or cross it out, is both intuitive and time-saving. As someone with adhd, less steps to getting something done is as helpful as it gets. Except there is one thing I would like to see remedied — if a task remains unfinished you aren’t prompted to move it to another date. For most people just seeing the counter badge may be enough to remember they have unfinished tasks. Someone with ADHD may avoid the app because of that badge number (which you can turn off) and a week could go by without completing the tasks. So what happens when they finally decide to open Listberry the following week? They have to go back and search for the unfinished tasks. Again, not a problem for many people, but someone with ADHD or executive functioning difficulties would benefit from direct prompting.
